Google Redesigns its Stock Widget

Stock quotes were among the first things Google added to its search results when it launched "universal search" back in 2007. Today, Google has redesigned the stock widget, which brings a cleaner UI and a new look that matches the rest of Google's Tools.

With the update, Google continues to link to its competitors’ finance sites, but the prominent links to the stock charts on these sites seem to be gone for now.
