Pebble, the well known smartwatch manufacturer has taken the stage at CES to show us its latest products. The company has announced Steel, a stainless steel version of their smartwatch. The watch comes in brushed stainless steel and black matte, as shown below.
The Pebble smartwatch has sold 300,000 units and now has an app store of its own. The app store will offer users a way to discover and download all their apps and watch faces, all from one place on your smartphone.
Eric Migicovsky, CEO of Pebble, says the Pebble Steel will be available for pre-order starting today and will cost $249 with free shipping all over the world for early purchasers. The steel will come with Pebble OS 2.0 built in which will take advantage of the new app store.
The Pebble Steel will start shipping on January 28.
